At BikesOnline US, we want you to be completely satisfied with your ride. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items in new, unused condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and components are securely protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund once the inspection is complete.
