How are the bikes shipped and will I need to assemble them?
All bikes are shipped 95% pre-assembled in a custom-designed box. You will typically only need to install the front wheel, pedals, handlebars, and seat post using the toolkit included with your order.
What is your 14-day test ride policy?
We offer a 14-day test ride period. If you aren't completely satisfied with your bike, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is in original condition and repacked in the original box.
How do I choose the correct bike size?
Each product page features a 'Size Chart' button. Simply enter your height and inseam measurements to see our recommended frame size based on the specific geometry of that model.
Do BikesOnline bicycles come with a warranty?
Yes, all our bikes come with a manufacturer's warranty covering the frame and non-consumable components. Frame warranties typically range from 5 years to a lifetime, depending on the brand.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and offer flexible financing options through Affirm to help you get on the trails sooner.
Does my bike come with pedals?
Most of our mountain and hybrid bikes include basic flat pedals. However, most high-end road bikes do not include pedals as riders typically prefer to choose their own clipless pedal system.
